Using the guidelines below, take five photographs and submit them through the secure form on this page at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives Dr. Wakas time to review your photos in advance and make your virtual visit as helpful and efficient as possible.

Step 3
Dr. Abdulrazzaq will review your photos with you during your virtual appointment.
How to Photograph Your Smile
Photos should be taken in a seated position, in a room with good lighting. For best results, have someone else take the photos, as they can be difficult to take on your own.
